Default Messaging Guides and AI Content

Overview:

The table below shows the default Messaging Collections, Guides and AI Templates that come loaded in your GrokSpark Messaging Enablement Platform Starter or Team Edition.

Once you fill in your messaging in the default framework you will see the Messaging Guides populated with your messaging both in the guide sections as well as the filter options.

In some of the Messaging Guides when you click the AI Content button and click the Templates dropdown, you will see an existing AI Content template. You can use the templates as is or modify them or create something completely new. See more in this article.

You will see a few Messaging Guides included in a Messaging Operations collection. These are solely for the purpose of helping you spot gaps in your messaging. For example, if you see there is a persona who doesn’t have any messages for a use case that should have messaging, you will now know where to look. Either a relation is missing or the messaging itself is missing.
